I received the Queen mattress as part of the Ambassador Programme, so have been using it for just over a month. The package arrived in a neat compact cardboard box. It is quite heavy however hubby managed to wrangle it on his own.

Written instructions on how to open the mattress was clear and concise. It was recommended to leave the mattress to fully inflate for 72hrs (not mandatory however) and since we had set it up at 4pm, by 10pm I was ready to try it out! The mattress is quite thick with beautiful padding. It felt soft and luxurious.

When lying on it, the mattress feels soft to the touch yet firm. I prefer firm mattresses, and this was just perfect. Sleep quality was great! Having slept on this mattress, when going back to our more expensive $3000 mattress, you can feel the difference with our old mattress being significantly less firm although to be fair it is now over 10yrs old.

I had always thought our mattress was pretty good, but it is not until there is something to compare with can you feel the difference. I am a side sleeper and slept well on this however, other positions were equally just as comfortable.

The mattress did not retain any heat and the night sleep was very pleasant.

It has been over 4 weeks since having the mattress and it has remained firm with no sagging at all.

24 hours after opening the package and setting the mattress on the bed frame, it has already expanded to a height of 9.5 inches. It is of very good quality for the money paid. Very comfortable for sleeping if you like a medium to a medium-firm mattress. If you like to sit on your bed, you will think it is a plush to soft mattress, it will sink a lot more when you are in a sitting position as opposed to laying down on it. The top is not tight, it is a little cushy or soft to the touch, but firms up when you lay down on it. It doesn't have an odor at all. I am using it on a day bed with no box spring. If you plan on using it on a standard bed frame, with two rails, I recommend using a box spring. Overall, I am very satisfied with my twin mattress.

This mattress is amazing! The whole thing arrived rolled up in a box and was so easy to get up our steep stairs. We unboxed it and it sprang to life as our daughter's new bed (she is 7 and sleeps on a full-sized mattress). The old mattress she had been on was in need of replacement, and on days when I would lay down with her it hurt my back. It was old and it was time to replace it. This mattress is so supportive and I can’t figure out how they did that because it’s also so soft and comforting. We have both fallen asleep so much faster, her on purpose, and me accidentally. I also love that it’s a soft-top, supportive mattress that does not overheat you. She sleeps longer on this mattress, and she doesn’t complain about being too warm. I know she sleeps longer because she used to wake up around 11pm and come in by me, and there have been many nights now where she’s stayed in her own bed until 5am or later, and a few times where she hasn’t woken at all. Score! We LOVE this mattress and will definitely buy another one when my son’s mattress needs to be replaced.

Needed this mattress for my guest room. Came rolled up and vacuum sealed. Was easy to take out. Let it sit for 24 after removing the plastic. Was soft but firm but not too firm. Corners are not reinforced like other more expensive mattresses from the actual store but I don’t care about all of that. I got a queen size. It’s slightly smaller than the Queen folding frame that I have. Also not a big deal. Very comfortable. Looks nice. Feels nice. There was no smell. Served its purpose. I purchased this in June. It’s now November. Still holding up great even with regular use. Thinking about getting another one.
