I wanted to give 1 star, but the quality seems decent so decided on 2.
I compared dozens of comforters for the soul purpose of achieving that ‘fluffy’ look, therefore I decided upon 2 of these.
Nothing like the advertised picture or description that included the word fluffy. This comforter is no different than any basic, cheap polyester filled comforter.
I relied on the advertised dimensions that state it’s 1.5” in height. I don’t think so!!! It’s a wimpy 3/4” up to 1” in spots.
I even washed on a cold delicate and dried on low setting as suggested to get it fluffier, ughh!
Very disappointed!!!

This is literally a perfect duvet insert! I bought it to replace an old comforter I had been using, which had become lumpy after multiple washings. I am very cold-natured but, I also cannot sleep if it’s too warm. I was intrigued by the great reviews for this item, as well as its claim to be for “all season.”
As the other reviews stated, it comes super tightly vacuum-packed, which causes it to be wrinkled when first opened. But, 30 minutes in a hot dryer releases the wrinkles easily. I love the box stitching which should prevent the lumpiness I experienced with my old comforter. It was easy to insert into a duvet cover. I recommend searching YouTube for the burrito method of inserting duvets. You will thank me!
With my cover in place, I now have a super soft, lightweight comforter for my bed, which is both plush and comfortable. Compared to other comforter/duvet inserts, the price cannot be beat. As for the claim to be for all season use, I am quite pleased with it. It is light enough that I don’t get warm, but heavy enough that my cold nature is not an issue. I would highly recommend this item to anyone looking to update their bedding.

This duvet is delightful and I’m entirely satisfied with it. It’s not as thick or heavy as our last down-alternative duvet yet It keeps us comfortable in a wider range of temperatures. (It would be useless try to pinpoint the specific temperature range.) I’ll just say this duvet (in its lightweight duvet cover) suffices on all but our coldest nights. We’re in the southwestern USA, and on our coldest nights we throw on a blanket or two. Yet we don’t feel overheated by this duvet on warm springlike nights. I have a feeling I’d reserve it for summer use if I lived in N. Minnesota but it would be useful absolutely anywhere if you expect to layer on additional covers in coldest weather. I was pleased to find this duvet arrived nice and clean. No dust or odd scent.ls. As always before using new textile goods, I ran it through a cold water wash and low temperature tumble dry. The dryer lint screen was pretty much empty. Also, the duvet is made of a pleasant, very smooth fabric. I thought the price was great.

I purchased these because my partner and I both want soft covers in the summertime, but don't want to melt. They're perfect weight alone in the summer, and in the winter I think a duvet cover would be enough to up the coziness.
The fabric of these inserts is silky smooth and cool, which makes them perfect for summertime snuggliness. We like to crank the air in our home, so that's why we needed them :)
