My adhd kids are enjoying these workbook pages. It focuses on perspective, your child’s gifts and how to overcome challenges in the things we are weak at. Didn’t give to 5 star because we are not through the whole book yet. With my adhd kids being under 12 I do have to work through it with them.

My 10 year old really engages with the activities in this book, which is great. I was worried she would see it as more homework to do. She has even shared her favourite parts with her teacher (via online class). I think it helps her to see that some of her struggles are common experiences and it gives us things to discuss and share with each other about those struggles.

This is a great tool for classrooms, which is why I purchased it for my cousin (a school teacher). It was high on her list of wants/needs to this school year!
