We originally bought this after our home was flooded with five feet of storm surge during Hurricane Ian. We bought a travel trailer to put on our driveway as we rebuilt. We bought this mattress in a queen for the trailer. Wow! We slept like babies every night! For reference, the mattress we lost in the storm was a fancy Beautyrest that cost over $2000. The Zinus was more comfortable! So much so that when we moved back into the house, we bought a king for us and another queen for the guest room. My sister was the first to sleep on it and commented how comfortable it was. We left the original queen in the trailer, which we sold. The buyer even told us after they bought it how great the mattress was. And we've been recommending ever since!

Good value for the price. I purchased this following after looking at CU rankings. I have been sleeping on it for two or three weeks now and it has easily met my expectations. It arrived from Home Depot a little later than advertised, with a rather battered package. I knocked off a star because the compressed mattress arrived with the outer plastic not sealed, resulting in a square cardboard box turned into a cylinder, and a hard job to get the mattress out of the box. Once unwrapped it reinflated in a couple of hours. Comfortable. I would recommend I to a friend.

Starting from shipping and how well packaged it came and how quickly it was delivered, to setting up... to the comfort. Everything about this mattress has been great. The cooling gel really does feel cool on my skin. And this is from someone who is so temperature sensitive when I sleep. My husband who sleeps on the colder side thought that it was very comfortable too. The softness of it is just the right softness. The hybrid makes it so that your body isn't sinking in the memory foam. 5 stars would totally recommend.

I'm in love with my new Zinus i-hybrid king bed. I shopped for 2 years in stores and online and after chatting with one of your knowledgeable reps, they helped me choose the perfect bed for me. It's firm and supportive but also gives to your bodies heavier parts to cradle you with support. I also love the cooling topper that is on this bed. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone who sleeps hot like I do or someone needing a firmer bed. I had trouble staying asleep before this bed. I would wake up with my hip or back hurting. Y'all I hadn't dreamed the last couple of years because I wasn't comfortable enough to reach deep sleep. I dream every night now.
