Great value for your entertainment dollar. The book was in decent readable condition. I find it to be a nice bargain. I had never read a veronica roth book but I decided I wanted to try her work after seeing the three Divergent films a few weeks ago. This one has prequel stories about the early years of the main character, Four. Even if you did not have the time for the other three books, this will work nicely for those who enjoyed the three films.

I enjoyed understanding how Tobias became Four, his struggles, weaknesses, strengths explained from his own point of view, & then getting a glimpse at his perspective on parts of Divergent.

He's such a strong character in the series, but yet it's told from Tris's voice. So it was nice understanding his character better.

Although I admently disagree with the ending within the series & sincerely hope that Ms. Roth will write a 5th book to correct it, I would highly recommend the entire Divergent series. It's a great story until the end!

I recommend reading Divergent first... Then Four... & then continuing to the rest of the series.

Quality was okay, but as it was previously a library book there was tape and some paper glued to it. The spine was also a bit damaged. A good price though!
