FPL has provided the following estimates for power restoration: By the end of Wednesday, Oct. 16: 95% of power will be restored in Collier, Lee, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties. FPL has also set up Outage Relief Sites offering water, ice, food, and charging stations.
